Trying to remember to take baby steps...one day at a time!
Interests: blues, classical, writing, interests: reading, spending time with my friends and my family. i have the bestest husband, and the world's most beautiful children. (i have to say that ) Favorite music: jazz, anything rat-pack-ish. i don't like a lot of modern music (ex. rap) but i can appreciate that art form and talent that it takes to perform. Favorite movies: african queen, the original willie wonka and the chocolate factory and all of the star trek movies. Favorite books: i don't think i can pick just one, but my copy of The Stand has been replaced several times.

Something you may not know about Lord Stanley-he doesn't like animals, or people other than his own staff. Last week, he brought home this little ball of skin and bones, curled up on the front porch. Stanley was meowing up... Continue reading

On this work schedule, I see very little of anyone. I don't see my friends, my children, but most of all, I don't get to see my husband. This schedule is very un-family-friendly. Add to that his ever changing work... Continue reading
