ORGANIZE! The best way to get the most pages/projects accomplished is to organize beforehand. I always recommend using a scrap-organizer to layout your album(s) in broad terms prior to the event. For each 2 page layout: Select your favorite pictures for the pages/album Determine your theme and general color palette/paper selections Match your embellishments to the page designs Plan for any special embellishments I recommend doing this for each 2 page layout you plan to accomplish on your weekend – you will have so much more time to devote to creativity! Be sure to wear comfortable clothing to scrapbook in. Dress in layers because room temperatures sometimes fluctuate in the crop room. And don’t forget your PJ’s and slippers for scrapping late into the night! Bring extra water, soda and snacks to munch on day and night. We will be providing some snacks, and of course, chocolate! But if there is anything specific that you like, please bring it along. OK, so I had 12 hours of uninterrupted time to myself this weekend (my sister took the kids). Hmmmm......what to do - what to do?!
