Well there haven't been any bidding wars here in Albera in a while - our economy is definitely suffering, house prices have dropped in my town!
Hope you find the perfect house for you and don't get into a bidding war. My best advice is that if the house seems to have a too low price for what it offers - not the best sign and higher chance of bidding war. Good luck!
