I'm finally mostly recovered from wrist surgery, shoulder issues, and knees almost destroyed by rheumatoid arthritis, so most of my goals involve getting back to where I was. It's a camera trick. The bar only appears to be going up. Vas is using a secret Russian technique to make the bar go down, something to do with gravity. All is well here, and the team are going to the Games again!
