Wow, thanks! If I choose to have the scientific name in my running head, should I italicize it, or should I religiously follow ALL CAPS and no other font style format applied?

I apologize. Some titles which I'm having difficulty dealing with in terms of forming running head are the following: (1) Fraction Isolation and Antimicrobial Activities of Red Dragon (Hylocereus Undatus) Fruit Peel Extract; (2) Effectiveness of Garlic (Allium sativum), Onion (Allium cepa), and Chili Pepper (Capsicum annuum) as Aerosol Pesticide; and (3) Phytochemical Screening of Dichloromethane and Chloroform Extract on Butterfly Pea (Clitoria Ternatea) Roots and Flowers Also, should the word "Effectiveness" be removed from the title in Example 2 (because it seems redundant to me as there is the word "as" already)? In the running head, should I follow the mechanics in writing scientific names (i.e., type the first letter of the first name in uppercase and lowercase for the first letter of the second name) just as I would in the body of the research?

How would one format a running head that seems to be overflowing because of the scientific names aggregated in the title? Should I use the common names in the running head or should I use the shortened version of the scientific names? For example:
