I've been using the 5k app for a couple of weeks after returning to running from a long (1yr) break. I am truly amazed at how quickly I have been able to return to fitness and get my speed back. Would love to see additional distances, especially 10K. Room for improvement? A couple of suggestions to make this app even better - screen is a bit clumsy - buttons close together so I end up screwing up my workout when I'm just trying to change the display. Also, when you change speeds a voice to tell you what speed to run so I don't have to look at the phone to determine what pace I should be running. And finallly, a description of each workout in the podcast so I can see in advance what I'll be doing to better budget my time and energy. All minor in the grand scheme of things but that's my wish list.
