ahahahhaa! We will see how this little project turns out! I'm actually only using the craft paint (maybe) for a touch of color around the plaque. Unfortunately I'm not always detailed oriented and get anxious to get started on things....hence the reason I make my husband intervene as to help not make my projects look so sloppy looking. He draws the line though at fixing my modge podge and craft paper projects!!!!! ahahahaha have a great weekend! Sarah On Fri, Sep 4, 2009 at 6:01 PM, wrote:

I didn't know there was a Waxahachie tour of homes. I'm going to have to find out more about that. My husband and I love old homes. Fun! Kind of funny....my husband loves Texas 8 Country Reporter. We went there a few years ago for the fair they had. Yes...I know...the Texas 8 Country Reporter. I just go with it!

oh me to! I just bought the prettiest hydrangea plant for my front yard. We just moved to a new house and there are two small ones planted on the side of the house. Can't wait to baby them and make them grow with big beautiful blooms. Oh....and after seeing everyone's peonies (I've researched a bit) and am planting a few of those this fall (the best time to plant them) Sarah

oh my goodness! Wasn't the Magnolia Pearl space just divine. Did you see the sisters walking around in there beautiful garb! My husband peeked in and said, "What is going on in there!!!" Too funny! It was truly like the scene out of Big Brother Where Art Though when the women are bathing in the river in their white cotton get-ups!

Wasn't is JUST SO FUN! I got back last night. I posted some pics but am just kicking myself for not getting some pics of "the whole picture". I got lots of close up shots, though. I LOVE the Willow Nest Creations. She sells also at Canton (a First Monday trade days every month). Her stuff is just SO YUMMY! So glad Texas treated you right!
