Interests: Books, movies, TV, games, computers, writing, music (listening to and also playing piano and singing), being weird. Genre-wise, I like fantasy, sci-fi, action, adventure, comedy... I range from old-school like the book Dune by Frank Herbert, movies like Labyrinth and games like Age of Empires all the way to modern/recent stuff like Tamora Pierce's latest book Bloodhound or movies like... big-time ones like Avatar or less well-known ones like Daybreakers. Games like Assassin's Creed 2. I'm pumped to see what Diablo 3 has in store for us since I grew up playing number 2. TV shows? All sorts. Merlin, Simpsons, Charmed, NCIS, Heroes, Modern Family, Big Bang Theory, Friends... I've even been known to find kid's shows (like Ben 10) amusing and bizarrely entertaining. (Don't judge me, I have a little brother who steals the remote. I'm about 15 years older than my youngest brother...) I talk strangely. I'll be talking normally and then I'll accidentally slip in a 'big' word because I read too much and I'm actually rather intelligent (if I do say so myself) and sadly I usually have to explain myself... Did I mention I use too many ellipses? (that's the three full stops in case you didn't know...) Oh my goodness. Did I mention I like writing? Not only do I write fiction, but I WRITE TOO DARN MUCH ON SUPPOSEDLY SIMPLE THINGS LIKE THIS!!! I should mention that I hardly swear either. I just don't find it necessary. If you've miraculously stuck by and read this entire thing, congratulations. I hope I amused you. Now go save a poodle. Oh and buy Cadbury chocolate.
