Dr Falcone you did an amazing job with the elderly woman you are referring to in this article. I appreciate what you did for her, you were handed a mess and you cleaned it up nicely. It was a scary situation that day, and you stayed calm and executed without any pause. You are a pleasure to work with, and one of the reasons I love what I do and where I work.
