Did a jump to 135 this week. Felt better. Tabata mashup Deadlift at 165 65 Box Jump at 24" 70 These numbers arent 100% accurate but i cant quite remember.

Wow that was brutal... went for 21 minutes Did every round rx rep wise but only got in 13 rounds. basically it didnt wear me down cardio wise--and all the time I had to do pushups which eventually turned to singles was my rest. As soon as I finished the last squat I got back on the pull up bar. this wouldve been a good workout to do with people at the gym--especially since it seemed so long and just kept going on and on... Great BW workout to have in the back pocket for days you cant make it into the gym though!

5 rds NFT- 230-400m run, 10 pullups, 10 pvc situps, 10 seesaw db presses @25#. Nice and easy back off day--NFT made this much easier. Still tried to push myself so there was a decent amount of work and not too much rest. Stopped during the last rd some to watch Charmel finish his qualifying WOD. Ran 2 laps at 230m and 3 at 400 m with Scott. 25#dbs were just right. Iso situps were actually pretty tough. Struggled through the last couple sets. the pullups were also tough since my biceps were burned out from the max effort pullups yesterday. Did sme strict, did some kipping, did some iso holds.

Really fun to see all of you compete today. Great job by all of you. Some memorable moments Jess Fox POWERING through the last round finishing up her snatches and getting right back on the rope and knocking out like 20 more doubles in the last 10 seconds. Josh M driving through the last round of snatches in the last minute by getting up 12 in a row. Dan R hitting perfect on his double unders on almost every round. So impressive to see someone that tired with the focus to go "perfect" on doubles the last 2 rounds. Jeremy Mr. Not in shape and havent done anything longer than 4 minutes still ripping through the workout looking like he just rolled out of bed. Sarah great to see you competing and powering through the workout. You've come a long way. JMD and Carlos representing us little guys! My workout today 3 rds NFT 24 kb swings at 1.5 pood 12 tension squats 6 tension pushups followed my max bodyweight chinup- only 30 lbs. These have always been a weak point for me. box jump--max height 46 inches

13:49 105#, 5 pullups, 5 pushups This was tough (what isnt tough at crossfit?). I thought I could do 115, but scaled down to 105 and still had a lot of trouble--mostly with the second overhead from back to front--had trouble fully locking out on at least 3 rounds. Nowhere near muscle ups right now... 5 pullups and 5 pushups were tough but doable. My pushup form wasnt the best because my body is so beat up. Overall a great week I feel beat up but energized...looking forward to getting back into shape and trying to catch some of my old buddies who are now light years ahead. Going to take rest Thurs and Friday and come back in Saturday and Sunday!

What a humbling day. 2nd day back in the gym. I thought I was scaling back by dropping weight in the DLS....WRONG! Had to do 25DUs counting attempts Tried 24 inch box jumps after my 1st attempt I requested the 20 inch box. I wouldve never made the 24 inch for 120 reps. Hell I barely got on the box after attempt 1--had to call coach Nick in with the 20 inch box. This is crazy cause post hiatus, Box jumps were a strong point. Did deadlifts at 145 lbs...Not bad but Im gonna be sore tomorrow, hell i'm sore now. Did something like 10,5,5,5,5 20 pushups not bad at all, but Ive been doing them at home. argh this sucks...Hopefully I start getting back sooner than later..but thats the cost of being away. Going to be more patient this time than I was last time.
