Thirty-eight interns celebrated the entrance of the final phase of their chiropractic education on January 9 during a pinning ceremony at the Sherman College Chiropractic Health Center. The Chiropractic Health Center, located at 2020 Springfield Road in Boiling Springs, is a teaching clinic for chiropractic students in their final stage of internship prior to graduation from the doctor of chiropractic program. Thirty-seven students from around the world received the doctor of chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC, on Saturday, December 13, 2014. The commencement was a shared ceremony for December 2014 and March 2015 graduates. Donnie W. Miller of South Carolina, recipient of the Milton W. Sherman College Presents Hastings with Honorary Doctor of Chiropractic Humanities
Chiropractic advocate Miguel Hastings has been awarded the honorary Doctor of Chiropractic Humanities degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic, a rare honor given by the college to noteworthy individuals. The degree was presented during Sherman College’s 126th Commencement Ceremony on December 13. Recipients of the Honorary Doctor of Chiropractic Humanities degree have influenced, initiated and/or carried out specific humanitarian/philanthropic activities that have significantly contributed to or influenced the chiropractic profession and/or humanity at-large. Sherman College Stands Against Prescriptive Rights for Doctors of Chiropractic
Sherman College of Chiropractic has announced its position defending the holistic origins of the chiropractic profession and recommending against an expansion of scope in Wisconsin that would allow doctors of chiropractic prescriptive rights. Palm Beach State College, Sherman College Sign Transfer Agreement
Sherman College of Chiropractic and Palm Beach State College (PBSC) in Lake Worth, FL, recently signed a transfer agreement to simplify student admission into the doctor of chiropractic program at Sherman College.
