This year has gone by in a blur. Its hard to believe its the last day of 2009. This has been a stressful year. January and February went by uneventfully. March, David had his heart attack and I had my "meltdown". He successfully recovered and things got back to a new normal. Helping him eat right and watch fat/sodium content. This has helped me as well, I have lost 40 pounds since March. I have chosen a word for 2010 after reading at Ali Edwards' blog. My word for 2010 will be "survive". The thesaurus explains it as existing in spite of adversity, coming through, lasting, persisting, pulling through, riding out, and weathering.
