I feel so relaxed just looking at the photographs. Also it's interesting for me that Jane doesn't want to jump straight into writing this book but is still weaving ideas. With my first book I could just jump in, this time I am jotting ideas, and finding out more about the characters. I can't just start writing this time.

I'm sorry you felt so overwhelmed, I know how debilitating it can be. But congratulations for recognising it and doing something about it. I left it too late and it has taken me a long time to get back to being "me" again and accept that there have to be boundaries.
