My late summer collection of wall hangings came from a place of wanting to try new designs, explore larger warp sizes, and work within a restricted color palette all at the same time. Writing my book, DIY Woven Art, forced me to design a certain amount of work that was... Continue reading

Yay! I love knowing these kind of ideas are problem solves for other people, too!
SarahJo, No, you're right. We have it facing on the outside of the door for these photos because the inside of our bathroom is tiny and hard to photograph in good light. It doesn't close when it's on this side but we use it on the other side of the door and it doesn't interfere with the door at all so that it does close. Good eye!
I've just opened up registration for three of my fall weaving classes over in my shop and am so excited to be offering an exclusive Woven Camera Strap class to the mix! The first class will be offered in Tulsa, OK with another class in Oklahoma City that will be... Continue reading

I remember the first time I saw a Juju hat in an issue of Domino magazine. It was fuchsia, and I was instantly in love! I didn't know what it was or where one would even obtain one, but it was one of those design elements that I knew I wanted to incorporate into my own space some day. Here I am a handful of years later with a DIY... Continue reading

Jen, Well, thank you for your encouragement! I try really hard to stay true to my brand even when it's sponsored and say no to so many things that aren't something I'd use or buy myself. I know I have earned everyone's trust in some way and want to continue to keep it even while working with sponsors to help keep things running smoothly over here (and to have more time to spend with my family). You're so sweet for saying that and I appreciate it. Thanks for reading!-Rachel
