Hi, Im looking to visit Iceland for around 4 days. Basically I've got two options available to me. Either 4th February, which coincides with a new moon, or 25th February (which means the moon will be 58% illuminated). Which date due you recommend, as a lot of the literature I read says March is statistically the best time to see the Northern Lights? If this is so then the trip on 25th would be best, but would the moon affect the viewing? Any help would be appreciated!
