By the way, the language on that picture is Japanese. I wonder why they couldn't find an Avatar picture in Chinese.

Before I read this, I heard about people committing suicide. I sort of understand them and sort of disagree with them. It's true that it's saddening to live in a world we're in now, but it isn't worth killing yourself at all. It's funny that I actually did feel sad after every time I saw the movie (which was 3 times). Upset that we can't enjoy such a perfect, beautiful world like Pandora. Sorry, James, but I don't think walking in our woods can make us feel better. Our woods don't have swirly plants that recoil, grounds that glow, and lizards that spin. lol

James Camerom deserved those awards. He deserves awards for anything he does. He's a genius. All of his films are good. I hope he continues to make more, especially continuations of Avatar.

To me, banning Avatar anywhere in the world should be considered blasphemy. It was a great movie that swept this nation. The rest of the world shouldn't be denied the ability to watch it. The Chinese need to realize that James Cameron intended to make a movie showing how the world should be and how the ecosystem should be treated. Plus, I never heard about a movie depicting Confucious. And Chow Yun-fat starring in it. It sounds great.

Hell yeah I'd read the script. I'm a film major. And this was the best movie I've ever seen.

I'm a film major in New York (which is actually the 2nd Hollywood) and studying film is awesome but tough. It's a great career to get into but requires a lot of dedication, effort, and time. Good luck.

I can't wait for the DVD period. I hope they put the option of watching it in 3-D in the DVD. And I hope they don't take long to release a special edition like most companies. I don't care if the special edition DVD will cost a lot. That should be the first version to be released.

And by the way, James Cameron is the man if he can get the sequels out faster than it took to release this film.

Usually films as big as this don't need sequels. The sequels ruin the storyline. But these should turn out to be good. I can't wait to see them.

It's the biggest movie ever and will be for a long time. It's got people wishing they could live as Na'vi on Pandora, including me. Or at least have Avatars.

It sounds like it can be a really good show. Can't wait.
