These two cards will go to two granddaughters that have birthdays in August. I did use Wink of Stella and Shimmery White card stock. The one unicorn is fussy cut and popped up with dimensionals. The other is stamped directly onto the card stock and then masked while I stamped the swirls. This is a perfect stamp set for those unicorn lovers! Stampin'Up! supplies are below. Just click to order! Happy stamping! Check out this Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper on page 167 of the Stampin'Up! Annual Catalog! There are 24 sheets, 4 each of 6 double sided designs. You can use the same measurements of this sheet and get 8 cards from each sheet! These measurements are cutting out the layout of this sheet and I did do some trimming, slightly. Play with it for your card fronts. This paper is thinner than our regular designer series paper, but is sooooo pretty. I used the Butterfly Wishes stamp set for my sentiments and butterflies. Basic supplies are listed below. Just... Continue reading

There is a story behind this card and it does use the retired And Many Mower stamp set for the lawnmowers in the background and the "many mower" sentiment on the inside. A dear friend lost some toes/partial toes when the mower ran over her foot. She is recovering in a nursing home so just had to send her this card. I bet it will be a one of a kind card that she will remember and maybe enjoy! Do you hang onto your retired sets? I do, and I am glad I did. I also used the Well Said... Continue reading

I really wanted to check out the Pressed Petals Specialty Washi Tape but I wasn't sure what to do with it. I love the flower it makes and it adds just the right finish to this card. There are two different rolls of washi tape in this package. One is narrow and is a script. Then this roll has 100 peel & stick petals, that are Merry Merlot and Very Vanilla. My top card has the Very Vanilla cardstock with an extra layer of Crushed Curry. The bottom card is stamped on Whisper White. I think both turned out beautiful!... Continue reading

I love the white cap look on the water made by inking up the inside of the High Seas Embossing Folder, and then running it through the Big Shot with Whisper White cardstock. This technique was inspired by Lesley Annabel, another demonstrator. I did my ground either by crinkling my cardstock, then sponging over all, or I used a marker on just the bottom of the lighthouse stamp, then stamped it upside. See photo. I like both ways. My sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set. Stampin'Up! supplies are below. Just click to order and if you order... Continue reading

I just had to make a Clifford! My day care kiddos love this dog! I have been playing around with these pickup dies. I thought it might be hard to assemble but it is really quite easy. I did the mirror technique on my dog and balloons so that both side views are the same. I punched or die cut and then used the stamparatus and the silicone matte for the technique. I used the Happy Tails stamp set and the Dog Builder Punch for my Clifford. Stampin'Up! supplies are below. Just click to order. My Hershey Kiss holder inside... Continue reading

I am sharing this card because I wanted you to see that you can make your Stitched Rectangles Framelits "fit" your image or sentiment! I wanted the sentiment to fit my white space and the die was too long. I just die cut it and then ran it through the Big Shot a second time with the die close to the words on the other end. Just line up with the stitches and run it through again. The strip of designer series paper is from the retired Painted Seasons Designer Series Paper. The sentiment is from Gnomenclature, another retired stamp... Continue reading

These are quick, easy, and addictive to make! The Daffodil Delight and the Balmy Blue are made with the retired Gingham Gala Designer Series Paper, and the middle two are made with the newest In Color Designer Series Paper. Only two nuggets fit in this size. You can vary the square size to suit your wishes, but I wanted the leftover strips to wrap my nuggets with and the size was okay for me! I think I will leave one in the mail box for a surprise treat for our sweet female mail carrier! Brighten someone's day by handing these... Continue reading

Can you tell how much I love dinosaurs! Yes, I am still playing with the Dino Days bundle, the Dino Days stamp set, and the Dino Dies. The most time consuming part of this card is die cutting all the pieces. The actual Shadowbox Card scoring and folding is really pretty easy. I took pictures while I was creating, so hopefully this helps you. I did end up using the opposite side of the designer series paper so don't look for that paper design! Measurements are also listed and of course, the Stampin'Up! supply list is below. Just click to... Continue reading

This was my swap card for this month's downline gathering. This is a beautiful butterfly set AND a couple of the butterflies can be punched with the Butterfly Duet Punch. The Stitched Lace dies die cut a full sized layer but I cut each layer in half so I could do two cards with one pass of the Big Shot. My adhesive is under the Blueberry Bushel layer, with the rest of the Stitched Lace layer hanging free. There are two dies in this set. One cuts a decorative edge around your design. These dies are also bundled with the... Continue reading

I found the Cow Tails candy at our local Dollar Store. These are quick and simple treat favors. The Over the Moon Stamp Set has cute cow images and sentiments! The cow "patches" are from the Love What You Do stamp set. This is a photopolymer set and I just added the two "splotch" images to one clear block. We made these at our team stamping night last night and one of the gals mistakenly took mine home before I got a picture of it, so she sent me a pic of it. Stampin'Up! supplies are below my measurements. Happy... Continue reading

Here is another Flap Fold Card. This one uses less of the Dinoroar Designer Series Paper so that I have enough for our team stamping night. I have been experimenting with different stamp sets and this fold. It is fun and addictive! Stampin'Up! supplies are below my card measurements. Order the Dino Days bundle from me and I will send you a card made with it! Happy stamping! Card base: 4.25" x 11", scored @ 4.25" & 8.5". Punch a 2" circle on the scoreline next to the smaller card base fold. Place another 2" circle just a tad lower... Continue reading

Are you ready for yet another Dino Days card? I really must play with other new product but I am having so much fun with this bundle! I wanted to try it with a Diorama Card but I want it to fit a medium envelope so I changed measurements from a tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers. This was fun but time consuming, but now that I have it figured out, the next ones should go faster, right? Stampin'Up! supplies are below my measurements. Order this bundle from me and I will send you a card made with it! Happy stamping! Front... Continue reading

Wow, the Mosaic Mood Specialty Designer Series Paper has shiny accents that do not show up in the photos. It is really pretty on this card. Also the Layered Leaves 3D embossing on the Mint Macaron layer isn't showing up, either, but it is there. Stampin'Up! supplies are below. You can buy this Daisy Lane stamp set alone or as a bundle with the Medium Daisy Punch. I also used the larger Daisy Punch. Order this stamp set from me, and I will send you a card made with it. I masked the centers of my stamped images with a post it note, then stamped around it. This Masking technique was inspired by Tricia Smith, another demonstrator. I have done this technique before, but it is wonderful to be reminded of it. Thanks to a downline, Cherrie, for the nudge! I used the Layered Leaves 3D embossing folder for my Old Olive layer behind my focal image. This stamp set has the Medium Daisy punch bundled with it, but I didn't use the punch for these cards. Stampin'Up! supplies are below. Buy this stamp set from me, and I will... Continue reading

I love the DistINKtive style, Two Step stamping, AND photopolymer, three of my favorites! Happy stamping!
