Rondo is one tough player; he came back after the injury and did his thing- with one arm! The Celts still have a chance to win the series; they have two more games at home and Miami is fully capable of 35% shooting night or a meltdown. I hope this series goes to game 7; it will feel like the NBA Finals. http://theresastatforthat.blogspot.com/2011/05/is-boston-really-in-trouble.html

Shaq can help the team, even if all he does is clog the middle and force Miami into jumpshots; hopefully Z does not draw him 15 feet away from the basket all night. Tonight's game exposed their biggest offensive weakness. The Hawks played Dwight Howard straight up and stayed home on the Magic's perimeter players. Obviously, anyone who watches basketball knows that is the defensive game plan of choice against the Magic. The Hawks wanted Dwight to take most of the team's shots. http://theresastatforthat.blogspot.com/2011/04/hawks-magic-hawks-had-perfect-game-plan.html
The Knicks really don't have a chance against C's. The Celtics being able to stay home for a week will give them the edge, not to mention their talent, coaching, experience, and defensive advantage. http://theresastatforthat.blogspot.com/2011/04/celtics-knicks-staying-in-boston-for.html

Just look at the trends of touchbacks as a percentage of kickoffs; it increases just about every year because players (kickers included) get stronger over time. They increased every year until 1994 when the kickoff was pushed back to the 30, and after the 1994 dropoff, they continued an upward trend. No matter what Josh Cribbs or Devin Hester says; there will be more touchbacks. They may might be given the discretion to run out kicks from deep in the endzone, less capable returners will not. It maybe makes the best guys even more valuable. http://theresastatforthat.blogspot.com/2011/03/nfls-new-kickoff-rules-are-they.html
Manny just bought his ticket out of the HOF, getting caught twice in two years is pretty dumb or pretty arrogant. We all know that he was a great natural hitter, but now his homerun power has to come into question. He also probably knew all along that if he got caught again, he would just retire with quarter billion dollars he’s made playing baseball. http://theresastatforthat.blogspot.com/2011/04/manny-ramirez-retires-did-he-use-peds.html

The Butler did it! Florida should have put them away when they had the chance. Butler showed their resolve in this game and should not be underestimated. I’m glad to see experience still counts in the tourney. In all likelihood they’ll be playing Kansas and I will be rooting for them. They are only the fifth team in the last 20 years to get to the Final Four while being unranked in the Final AP Poll. http://theresastatforthat.blogspot.com/2011/03/butler-did-it-butler-joins-some-rare.html
Duke got smacked and Uconn may lose by more! Derrick Williams is a beast! Who know's what he'll do in the NBA, but he looks like a man among boys in college. He should stay in school for at least another year to develop his already good offensive game even more, because he would be and slow small forward and a undersized power forward. He could be a better Shawn Marion. That being said, I think he can live up to Arizona's tradition of pretty good NBA players. http://theresastatforthat.blogspot.com/2011/03/derrick-williams-will-he-live-up-to.html
The new rules will drastically change the game, as they did in 1994. It doesn't necessarily ensure fewer kickoff collisions than there would be without it. http://theresastatforthat.blogspot.com/2011/03/nfls-new-kickoff-rules-are-they.html
