Almost 50 years after its creation, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is trying to figure out how to "elevate" public health issues.
USEPA is one of the worst federal bureaucracies, and that is really saying something.
If you wonder why, just read this gobbledybook: "It includes specific parameters for staff to elevate critical public health and/or environmental issues so that the agency can properly assess them and respond at appropriate policy and governmental levels."
Bureaucratic fail. Environmentalists should be alarmed that the USEPA has sunk to this level.
