December Calendars are back! I made a couple of changes this year. First off, there are two sizes 6x8 and 3x8. It seems like a lot of people were experimenting with different sized albums so I thought I'd do so... Continue reading

Hi Everyone, I just wanted to pop in and say I've had a lot of people asking if I was going to be making a calendar again this year for December Daily. I do plan on making them soon. My... Continue reading

The homework for February was to create a vision board. I created mine on my IPad and then printed out a copy to include in my album. This month I have been concentrating on cleaning out and redecorating our spare... Continue reading

Hi Nicole, I got that clear planner from Ali Express - it's an A5 size. I'm pretty sure they also have them on Amazon.

Hi Jill, that's just plain old Century Gothic. I still plan on getting a post up of my favorite fonts!

I decided to give One Little Word another try. I did it in 2016 with the word Simplicity, and although I had a few successful months getting things organized and decluttered, I didn't carry through the whole year. In fact,... Continue reading

I still have a lot things I didn't include like a trip to the Gingerbread Village and the Clam Lights. Not to mention a gorgeous drive back to Seattle where we spotted elk, hawks, owls and cranes. But I'm going... Continue reading

Do you document the bad things that happen in December? We've been blessed with so many happy times at Christmas, but this year was not one of the best. We drove to Spokane to spend time with my mom, unfortunately... Continue reading

I still have a few more things I want to add to my December Daily. My husband has a way of always finding me the perfect gifts, so I wanted to document that this year. Continue reading

It was a hard Christmas this year. There were no decorations. No Christmas tree. No twinkling lights. We skipped the turkey dinner and ate chips and dips off paper plates. But there was laughter and fun. And we learned the... Continue reading

Going to Snoqualmie Pass is a tradition for us. I'm always equally worried about the snowy roads, but excited to see the snow covered trees. I made a map of the area a couple months ago and wanted to include... Continue reading

I got my husband to take pictures of some of our ornaments. Some of them have stories, such as the ice skater which was a gift from a friend who was working for the 2002 Utah Winter Olympics. Some of... Continue reading

And all of a sudden the weather is turning colder, snow is falling and it's looking like a White Christmas! I used a few different layers on this page, with a photo and card, some acrylic letters set in a... Continue reading

My husband usually makes fudge at Christmas, but this year we changed things up to marshmallows. I had fun using Christmas cutters to make cute shapes out of them. And the best part was my daughter's friend was over so... Continue reading

the Frappuccino is not worth the calories, but then again I don't like sweet drinks. My daughter liked it but I don't think we'll be ordering one again.

After a hectic weekend and schedule I'm feeling a complete sense of peace today. The presents are all wrapped, the stocking are full, and I feel like I have some time to just breathe and look at the twinkle lights.... Continue reading

Oh gosh Rhonda, I'm so sorry to hear you lost another family member. Through the years I think I've thought of you a bit as a soul sister as we both seem to have lost family members this time of year, or dealt with other hardships. Today has been a good day, my mom made it through surgery and I'm am feeling a bit of peace and calm. Hope you are feeling the same.

thanks for your warm wishes. So sorry to hear about your best friend. December is my favorite month of the year, but it can also be the hardest month of the year.

Tiffany's might have my favorite holiday window displays, but Anthropologie is my favorite store to look for gifts, (and to receive gifts from). That's the first place my husband goes when he's Christmas shopping. Even the acrylic word "joyful" came... Continue reading

Thanks Ina. It is nice seeing the kids grow up through these albums. My son used to need a stepladder to help decorate the tree, and now he can just reach up to the top. Glad to share the printables.
