The pocket sized talent house (she's not just an actress but a trained dancer as well) doesn't flinch when asked for a style tip for petite women like her. "Just be happy with whatever you are wearing. You will look great," is her advise. Continue reading

The trend caught on on the global runways as well, with some of the most influential design houses such as Mary Katranzou sending their models down the ramp with ombre lips. And then, it was upto beauty giant Maybelline to present a range of eight DIY Lip Gradation twist up pencils that would take less than a minute to create a gradient lip. Continue reading

You can never really have too much of pink in the season of love. And it's not just us saying that. Beauty giant L'Oreal Paris seems to think so. L'Oreal has added luscious pinks for a range of skin tones to their Collection Star range of lip colours named after and inspired by silver screen goddesses. While the Pure Red series was named after the brand's India ambassadors Sonam Kapoor, Freida Pinto and Aishwarya Rai Bacchhan, the flawless Katrina Kaif replaces Pinto in the La Vien En Rose range of passionate pinks. The lip range, named after the famous song by the legendary jazz musician Louis Armstrong, is an ode to women. When we were given the difficult task of picking four lip shades and a nail colour from the range, we stayed loyal to Bollywood. Hence you have Sonam, Katrina and Aishwarya for better part, with a stray Julianne, only because she's a true seductress. Continue reading
