I think she decided she was gonna join the carnies? last we saw of her was in that Diner with Samuel who was talking to her about the carnival. they haven't followed up on her storyline since.

hopefully when the script is ready to be made into film JJ Abrams will be directing it again. from what I heard JJ hasn't decided if he's going to direct the sequel or not.
