The bullpen is not mix and match in the final innings. I know who is coming in if they are available in a close game with a 1 -to-3-run lead.
Topper has set roles based on the opponent's lineup regardless of the team.
The 1-3 holes are for Knebel, the 4-6 slots are for Dominguez, and the 7-9 spots are for Hand with a few variations. Me, I could tweet who will come into a close game after the sixth inning.
