Definitely one of the most intense wod's I've done in a long time! Threw my back out in the round of 15, but in true CrossFit form I sucked it up and finished the wod. There are no excuses in our box! Gotta give props to Montee, Tania, Cristy and Mel for pushing themselves to the limit.
