Darrell, SCOTUS justices themselves spoke at length yesterday as to the hugely problematical premise that this federal government, operating under the constraints of this Constitution, could require (mandate) that a private citizen purchase anything under the sun. Congress passing laws about seatbelts in cars (and thousands of similar laws) is hardly equivalent to forcing a citizen to purchase health insurance. Reportedly, penalties for failure to purchase health insurance start out low in early years, but go up into the $700 range, or more, per year. And thousands of new IRS hires will be the "enforcers".
Well, watch out for the Vitamin D deficiency, since exposure to sunlight on the skin is the most effective mechanism for making the vitamin in the body.
