It's funny how nobody talk about Jay leaving Beans in jail on some time out shit. Normally there's a lot of hate flying around on this site concerning anything with Jay, but if Jay truly left Beans in the box he should be violated.

How could anybody not feel Beans as far as why he's taking the approach that he is taking. Even if you never done a bid, try imagining one of your friends/fam/boss has the key to your cell/freedom and he or she turns the other way. I don't give a fuck how much of a street nigga you consider yourself, your feelings would be hurt, and that's what everyone is witnessing from Beans. It's like your wife cheating on you and you find out while behind bars. There's nothing you can really do or say until you get released. Shyne getting at 50 cent is the perfect example. Even though the situation between the two is old, Shyne himself never got to respond do to being locked, so for him it's his first time responding but for the public it's just old news. Jay is becoming the king of subliminal messages and I agree with Beans as far as cats like Drake allowing shit like that but at the same time Drake is far from the first and that is why I don't agree with Beans calling Drake sweet meat ass out.

It's easy to say shit like that nowadays because the rap game is a billion dollar business. Niggas are profiting from other business ventures such as clothing lines, liquor endorsements, movies, oil company's and etc... Hip-hop is the only genre of music that go through shit like this simply because the rap game is immature! T.I. comparing Jay-Z and Will Smith was an awful example. I don't think anybody was aware that Will Smith retired, let alone cared.

Renting cars is nothing new but a multi-million dollar company not paying the bill is suspect to say the least. It's sad what Baby has done to all of his artist. This is what happens when niggas from the hood go corporate, they indulge in What the white man has been practicing for centuries, THE ART OF DECEIT!!!

Ray J never been relevant, Drake is the king of Hip-Pop "YEAH", Nicki Minaj is the female potato head (Lil Kim edition), and Lil Kim was blessed to be in an era where the female MC was relevant cause she's no Lauryn Hill the best female artist ever in my opinion. Overall this new generation of hip-hop is lame. White belts White shades Tight shirts Skinny jeans Fruity colors Skate boarders acting hard, WTF is that all about! Niggas in the hood with mohawks Even infants are getting tattoo's, excuse the exaggeration Haters are at an all time high in population And everybody's a rapper. I'll Pass!!!

Let Jay breath, damn... The nigga 40 and still putting out relevant material. I understand the youth can't relate and the older niggas hate simply cause Jay is still relevant today. Then when the nigga pass away as an example, everybody start talking about how he's the greatest to ever do it. Jay is in a different lane where he suppose to be. Jay could easily start talking some king of the rap game and be one of few that you could take serious. He could go back to the flashy jewelry shit with rims on his whips and an entourage of goons and security, but niggas been there done that. I said it before the best song to describe Jay is that track by Dr. Dre called been there done that in which I think Jay wrote if I'm not mistaken

When I first commented on Drake I was called a hater, a little under a year later everyone is saying what I already said, how ironic. I never pat myself on the back but......

What I find funny is these cats talking like they know each other personally. To all the mature cats on this site, you don't have to respond to every lame niggas comments, especially if they're ignorant. The blueprint is simple, ignore the lame and socialize with the mature. The power of ignoring a nigga is priceless. ON TOPIC: In this case you have to blame the people at Def Jam that gave Jay his position. Just because Jay was a successful artist doesn't mean he will be a successful president/buisness man at Def Jam and niggas such as DMX and LL Cool J shoud have known this.

This is an open and shut case, the only question is how much will they have to pay the man. He can choose to switch his name for future purposes but he will pay a percentage to the real Rick Ross from past projects. If you listen to what the man is saying, he's not going after the C.O. he's going after Def Jam where the real money is at.

Game is the product of young black men being raised by their mothers (females) alone, HE HAS FEMALE TENDENCIES!!!
How do you use another mans name while he's still alive, I never understood that concept, especially if you never met the person. I guess the next up and coming artist can start calling himself C-Murder. At minimum the C.O. should have paid the real Rick Ross a visit and got his blessings. Put yourself in the real Rick Ross shoes and try and imagine another nigga using your government name and reputation and benefitting from it financially, true fuck-boy shit!!! I don't see how the C.O. can win from a legal standpoint and he will pay one way or another.

Since when is being a one hit wonder with sales that's purely reality T.V. based a success. There not even B-list entertainers with a platinum album, you do the math.
Exactly. Platinum group that no longer exist in little to no time. Can you say used!!!

Jay-Z has a catalog of material not to mention how long he's been in the game. Drake 1 Album and maybe a year in the game of relevancy.

Y. Berg ain't street neither, I hate to break it to you. Wrong place wrong time and next thing you know this nigga is all over youtube. You can fill in the blanks.

Is it just me or is Drake running out of topics to write about. Is it just me that think Drake saying YEAH! before every verse is irritating as hell. Is it just me or is Drake using the same style and pace on every song. The streets will turn on him eventually and if he slip up like Young Berg it will happen more sooner than later. I'm just saying......

As a business man you have to respect Diddy's hustle but this nigga haven't had a major artist since Biggie and Mase. Quiet as kept Biggie was about to start his own shit after his obligations to his contract were fulfilled. Mary J. Blige was working on her way out of Bad Boy, as well as 112. G-Dep was on PCP and still is, Black Rob stayed in some shit as well as in police custody. The Band was a gimmick, Cassie was a flop,8Ball & MJG were like ghost on Bad Boy, I mean should I go on. Bad Boy is more of a brand than a record label (clothes, liquor, cologne & etc....).

I said it before, the rap game is continuously evolving from it's beginnings like a newborn baby. Right now the game is in it's late teens to early twenty's as far as maturity. The politics of the game fueled by the root of all evil has taken away from the art form and love of hip-hop. This is why we debate on simple shit of this nature. It's a shame when age is the topic over skill/talent but with this generation I'm not surprised. What were experiencing is a disconnection between generations with actual experience and another with a history book. Most of these kids have heard Tupac and Biggie music but never got to experience the music simply cause of their age. They were either to young or not born at all. Think about it, most of these kids never got to see M. Jordan play ball, all they know is what they heard or seen from highlights of his past games, The same could be said of Rakim. I could go on forever about this topic, PAUSE........

This cat sound like the female that he is. Please get this nigga some tampons for the bleeding and advil for the cramps and tell this nigga he will feel like this once a month for the rest of his life. Who told this nigga he can sing and why is he talking like he's M. Jackson? If nobody care about your music, why would anybody care about you retiring from the music business? Just go back to ghost writing and let the real singers with vocals sing your songs sweet meat and knock off the BF's.

These niggas recorded and posted themselves on the internet slapping and strong arming a female for spreading rumors but when Fab got shot by one of Telfair people these niggas did nothing. What the fuck is up with niggas incriminating themselves nowadays. You already gave the pigs the evidence by recording yourself, you might as well turn yourself in and get it over with. I saw the video and the nigga that smacked her was identified as Fabs brother.

Everybody already know 50 got money and if he did this shit just for the movie to go straight to DVD, it's a loss from a moral standpoint, but on a positive note it does show that 50 is taking his acting career serious.

What Alfamega did was worse than snitching in my book. Could you imagine fighting the system for your freedom and the DA put a nigga on the stand that you never associated or seen in your life to testify (LIE) against you, that's exactly what Alfamega did. T.I. on the other hand had no choice but to let Alfamega go considering his own situation and public perception. Unfortunately I know many niggas with gun cases, some similar to T.I. case and everyone of them agree that there's some type of foul play involved to receive the deal that he received. Overall the game need T.I. cause this Waka Flaka, Gucci man shit is horrible. These niggas make me miss Lil Wayne overrated ass.

Fuck sales! The greatest should always be judged by their body of work. This is why I don't consider Biggie in this category, he just don't have enough material, R.I.P. To the cats that keep saying shit like there is no G.O.A.T. need to wake up. There's a clear distinction between Jay-Z and Gucci Man for example. It shouldn't matter if you like the artist or not, unfortunately in Jay-Z case his greatness will be judged amongst a generation of HATERS unlike Rakim during a time when there was more unity.
