Just to add, people must realize all animals suffer, even shrimp! We must stop eating meat. There is no reason to eat meat. We must stop getting dogs and cats and just abandoning them on roadsides. Shelters are full of pitbuls and high energy animals which have no business in an apartment; like border collies, blue healers, etc. Please be mindful when making pet selections. Do NOT get a parrot to look pretty in a cage. My parrot is NEVER in her cage unless she is sleeping. They need cooked foods, pellets, special diets, a lot of attention, physical canoodling, and love.
