On Friday night I saw Avatar - and it has instantly become one of my favourite movies ever.... I appreciate there may be people who don't enjoy this film, but for me it had everything that I look for in a movie. Superbly constructed story and strong script (notice how no time was wasted on exactly "what" unobtainium was (silly name though), excellent score and sound, massive emotional range (I laughed and YES I cried) and simply the most amazing special effects I have ever seen...... I cannot wait to see it again, however I felt complelled to write somewhere... Continue reading
