Thanks ya'll. Deployments are never fun. There so hard and the days just seem like yrs, it just drags on..All of us military wives our special & have a very important job/duty that is very special & one of the hardest. I'm so thankful that this deployment has been safer & easier on him than the last one was.I just cant wait to see him. God Bless you guys! :)

Channing, thankyou so much for this site! It is wonderful being able to share the love & my soldier that is deployed overseas is also able to share and interact with me. Im glad that i can interact with people that are going through the same as i am. This is a great thing!

Hi,i just wanted to say that i am so happy for you and him coming home. I know it is VERY hard, my soldier is in afghanistan and just last month going back from being on leave. It is very hard saying goodbye and waiting. Im counting down the days until he comes home for good.I hate deployments. I admire your bravery and faith. Faith is what youve got to have to make it through anything. Im happy for you guys and i know you are, esp getting married, wow! Hang in there & keep your faith!! You both are in my prayers!

Thank you emily so much.I hate deployments! I will be glad when this one is over. Its very hard. My little brother will be deploying in May(1st tour)So as soon as my soldier will be coming home (so excited) I'll also be upset because i will be saying goodbye only this time to my little brother, my best friend. It is very hard saying "goodbye" & your right, it never gets easier.I hate to hear that he will be leaving, but i am so thankful to him & all of our soldiers that serve. They are all heroes & you both will be in my prayers!Be strong & enjoy everyday with him before he leaves. :)
