Vincent Kartheiser "of Angel fame" also spent two or three times as much time as a lead cast member on "Mad Men," including a couple of episodes where he had an affair with a fellow train commuter played by Alexis Bledel. (She was phenomenal there as well ... and that storyline may have been his best work on the series.)
