I agree with Bryant. this is a political decision that does not effect much crucial aspects o policy limiting C02. as lnag as we are pumping oil and gas from any place that is adding to the problem. when climate change becomes more politically unavoidable and incontrovertible, the oil companies will have to start limiting production or be forced to limit production, the environmental impact of a big spill in the arctic is of course a major concern. but this is how politics works.
