Great post, Jeff. Although I must agree to disagree. I am normally a HUGE fan of Google (Gmail, Google Apps, etc.), and I tried Google Voice with the best of intentions. It just didn't work for me. The transcription capabilities were very rough (I could rarely decipher the message based on Google's translation), my "phones" kept getting confused (e.g., I would answer a call using my computer and my cell phone would keep ringing), and the icing on the cake was when a client emailed me and said they had been trying to call me but my phone service is disconnected. This happened MORE THAN ONCE. Google Voice was unreliable, and just didn't improve my phone experience. In fact, it made it HARDER for me to check my messages and return calls. That's OK, though. Nobody's perfect. I'm still a fan... And who knows, maybe I'll try it again once they work out some of the kinks.

Great article. I had never noticed the arrow in the FedEx logo. It's also a good metaphor for Jason's ability to point out that which we already know but can't seem to accept as reality. Whether it's procrastination, disorganization, miscommunication, or any other "ation" that's keeping us from being our most productive selves.
