You're right, it was rude and we're really sorry. The team member that said that doesn't work at BM anymore (she moved on) so we can't ask them to issue an apology. But as a business we are incredibly sorry that this has happened and that those statements were made. It's not something that we would EVER endorse saying to our customers. And we're very sorry

The team member that said that has moved on from Black Milk, and what was said wasn't endorsed or recommended by Black Milk by any means. We're really sorry if anyone was hurt by the comment, it wasn't something that we would ever want to say to our customers and we're very sorry that it was said.
As for differences between CS and SM, we've put some plans in place to ensure that the teams are in much closer contact day to day (since we're at different locations) to ensure consistency across the board.
