Teenflo isn't just "teens who go with the flo" -- it sounds like a program for "starter" menstrual napkins. You know, like 'iPad'.

The logo looks like an ice-ax to me ( http://images.google.com/images?q=ice+ax ), which -- being the political-literary sort -- makes me think more of Trotsky's unfortunate demise. Oh hey - Trotsky starts with T too. If Trotsky's Death were starting a web 2.0 site I would be psyched to use EXACTLY that T.

Ben, Isaac never promised to be less than cliché, and I suppose neither did James Cameron. But showing up to take on your hipsterish ironicker-than-thou pose is just childish. And cliché, and that probably hurts more. Isaac, I agree with most of your (very funny!) summary of the movie in terms of other movies; sorry not to hear your thoughts about Sigourney Weaver's performance. I thought she was the strongest actor in the piece; given the hoary cliché lines that everyone (everyone) had to work with, she made her 'cranky senior scientist with a good heart' role work rather well. On the other hand, the colonel was the most cardboard one-note acting I've ever seen, despite the usual cliché that the villain is the most interesting character -- well, this one wasn't, and I was disappointed that we didn't at least get half a monologue about how he was the savior of humanity. His one big speech to the terran troops was Palpatinesque in its hamhanded sinister manipulativeness.
