Tupac was not a great lyricist and this is what people tend to forget. Yes he was a great mc, made powerful and great songs. But his lyrical ability was not that great. Just like biggie, he was not a great lyricist, did not have great wordplay but made powerful and great songs. We really have to stop claiming these 2 rappers as the best or nobody is better than them. Because honestly its a few MC/rappers/lyricist that will rap circles around tupac and biggie. A few die hard fans will not admit it, but its the truth.

Sadly to say, his "freestyle" was better than half the verses you hear majority of rappers spitting now. Im not a bieber fan, but i actually enjoyed the freestyle. Cant understand how people GROWN ASS MEN could hate on a 17 year old boy. Without even listening to the "freestyle". But could listen to Jadakiss who only mentions........ i got work like mexicans in the morning or i'll come thru in the whip same color as whale sperm and dumb ish like that.

Actually new york have a lot of great and lyrical rappers, people fail to realize that. Another thing people fail to realize that record sales does not equate to being a great rapper, lyricist or MC. It just means people went out and copped your CD. Lil wayne is the prime example of what joell ortiz stated -> "fans are listening to music with their eyes, like oh dude got swag, im a go cop his album. i cant get swag out my headphones i want to hear something"

you're right, but his mistakes are taken away from his music. If he keep making these mistakes he will end up in jail and guess what..no TIP music for a while. think about all the material, albums or mixtapes he could of put out instead of being in jail by making these foolish mistakes. So as a fan i cant move on until he really learn from these mistakes, because his track record is showing that he doesnt learn from his mistakes (so far)

But he made 3 mistakes tho, how many times should we forgive him? knowing what hes worth, he continued to do dumb ish. Ok 1 time is cool, but 3 times? there should be no slack given to him.

Co-Sign. This site is full of garbage ass writers, who dont really write, but jack stories from other websites and put them together. Its funny, they wait 10 days to do this, but wasted no time piecing a story together about ross being unconscious. This site does not represent HIP HOP at all. Just look at most of the stories. They are either 2 or 3 days late. TMZ hip hop: nothing about a artist dropping a song, mixtape or album. But a bunch of personal ish that has nothing to do with music. Its like a thousand rappers, but all this site does is post the same bullshit stories about the same bullshit artist day in and day out. Its fucking tragic.

Living legend, yes. But he peaked lyrically after The Dynasty Album. Killed some joints on Blueprint 1, but after that you can notice a decline. Still the GOD MC, Def Top 5. But not as hyped i would be for this album, but will cop.

Just put the link there to prove a point. i means whats next, ask me for my oovoo to get on cam, add you so you can see my pictures and do whatever with them. Lets be logically here. Plus why are we diverting from the story at hand? I mean i cant be the only female on the internet.

Coming from a person with a fake name and display pic. and if i do prove myself then what? what kind of satisfaction will you get out of that? But since u want to be thirst. click the name again and see my profile. Add me and send me some thirsty ass message so i can prove my point about you Facebook.com/erica.velly

exactly, sales only matter to the record label or the artist and never the fans. I cant recall anybody saying "oh wow he sold such and such im a go cop that album" sales are only uses buy fans during agruments about who is the better rapper..which that never proves.

http://www.facebook.com/erica.velly i dont hide behind a fake profile like most of you bloggers. But let me guess, You just want to be thirst and add me right? And even if you move your mouse arrow over my name you can see my facebook link. But go head, be thirst, try to add me facebook and send your friends to add it. Because thats what bloggers with no life or get no pussy do.

ummm yeah, does it matter? if he sold 50,000 that means?..if he sold a 1,000,000 that means...Nothing, Exactly. How about this. How much did Enter the 36 Chambers sell? Ready To Die? Doggystyle? The Chronic? The Great Adventures of Slick Rick? Any tupac album before he went to death row? Doesnt matter. Its crazy how people dont like 50 cent, But everybody talks about this first week sales shit that he started. Because before, the only time anybody knew when a album platinum or gold was either on BET commercials or The Source..and Nobody cared.

Im trying to figure out how the YOUNG MONEY brand is going to be big. Aside from Nicki and Drake, who else dropped an album on this record label? When was the last time you heard from Jae Millz? Aside from Gunna, is anybody really checking for anybody from young money? All they got is mixtapes. Shit at least NO LIMIT artist dropped an album and it was like 1000 of them on the record label.

It doesnt matter how much his album sold first week. first week sales does not equate to a classic album, lyrical skills and how good and album actually is.

Is he really comparing 2 great artist, 1st album that became classic to rick ross 5th album?..not even close. You cant compare classic debut albums to somebody 5th album

I wanna see this nigga win but its lookin like he need to call his next mixtape False Alarm.
