You had me at "approachable". This looks great, and rather good timing given I'm planning a blog redesign at the moment! ETA: I missed the part where you asked for information about people's blogs. I blog at http://victorianlibrarian.wordpress.com/, about any number of things - mostly librarianship and reading, but also about travelling, food, hobbies. Whatever comes to mind!

As a librarian with an interest in textile history and making clothes, this seems like the perfect book to help me classify my fabrics.

I'm reading Peter Ackroyd's Dan Leno and the Limehouse Golem, which I started because of all the British Museum Reading Room mentions. When you finish Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell, I recommend Clarke's The Ladies of Grace Adieu, a book of short stories set in the same world as the novel. Although you may want a break first, after such a long book!
