It ain't like we're curing cancer or anything, we're watching basketball.
Cancer is so much bigger than a TV show
Cancer is not a straight line. It's up and down.
Cancer is a scary thing and you have to deal with it seriously.
I think it's scandalous that we haven't done more to cure cancer.

Human beings will be happier - not when they cure cancer or get to Mars or eliminate racial prejudice or flush Lake Erie but when they find ways to inhabit primitive communities again. That's my utopia.
Cancer can take away all of my physical abilities. It cannot touch my mind, it cannot touch my heart, and it cannot touch my soul.
