Oh my goodness your right on Sandy Gervais' quilt! Stunning! Wouldn't change a thing - love all the pictures and excitement living through your world and eyes.
Beautiful fabric! I love the concept of layering Dresden plates. I've seen pictures of some but thing it would be beautiful in a smaller version scattered around a quilt. My other favorite blocks are anything that looks like some sort of star. Thanks for the chance.

Happy Birthday! I haven't sewn to much lately since I'm still working but I do have a Scrappy Trip Along in progress. I won the scraps from Kansas City and have had enough scraps that I've made enough blocks to make 2 twin size tops. Looking forward to some quiet sewing in a few days. What a great give-away! My hardest birthday was the one I had a few months ago - 50 - still hate it! lol

I have so many things in my head that I'd love to do but I'd love to finish the quilt tops that I've already done. The fear of the unknown is what's stopping me since I've never done anything that big before and the biggest is I'm very new to this. Thanks for the chance.

Christmas Shoes - I tear up everytime. Thanks for the chance.
My favorite cookie is definitely the Peanut Butter Bloosoms with the Hershey Kiss in the middle! Thanks for the chance.

I painted my diningroom once on a whim my favorite cobalt blue. I thought my family is was going to die with all that blue in the room. It lasted for a few years before it got the boot so to be daring and paint my livingroom I'd have to say I'd only paint one wall and that would be a red. Thanks for the chance!

At first I want to name my grandparents so they could hear all the stories of that they have to share but you said famous so . . . George Washington, Judy Garland and Susan B. Anthony. Quite a selection - uh? Thanks for the chance I so need help with circles for the dresden plates.
Loved this post. I'm so new to quilting that I didn't know that you started at the folded side. Nice to know. I just love how you put all the colors together. Beautiful!

I also have to say the Valentine Pouch is my favorite. I also loved today's heart to use as a keeper of items (silverware or candy). Thanks for the opportunity.

We've always called our grandparents the traditional names of "grandma" and "grandpa". When we had our children and they became great grandparents there was still only "grandpa" so he stayed with that name, but with lots of "grandmas" the name "GG" was born. Love that my children were able to have special memories with my grandma and their GG.

All the designers at Moda just amaze me with their talent. I would love a chance to be able to cut up your Reunion Fabric and make something as pretty as the fabric! Thanks.

My eyes are drawn to the blue and red but the red wins hands down. The two colors together just pop!

Right about now Sunkissed would have to be my favorite. I'm already thinking of warmer weather here in the midwest and this fabric design does the trick. I am just now starting into learning very slowly how to quilt and make some beautiful pieces that are shown on Moda's Bake Shop so I would love some beautiful fabric to go with it. alittlebit7rst at gmail dot com
