It looks really great! The photographer did a good job too! For the "Total Experience" try experimenting with real lump charcoal. It can be bought in several fruit flavors as well as mesquite. Grilling veggies on flavor wood works well too! Leave no stone unturned!

Wow! I've seen a lot of grills and that one looks pretty futuristic! Charcoal has a tough time measuring up in appearance next to that it has it owns virtues. That's why lump charcoal is a better choice than briquettes because it is a natural process where no fillers or binders are introduced to the process. I think that this is one of those occasions where "less is more". The flavor added by grilling over flame is hard not to appreciate.
