The author information is listed this way:
[group of editor's names], Committee on Learning Science in Informal Environments; Board on Science Education; Center for Education; Division of Behavioral and Social Sciences and Education; National Research Council.
I have seen a reference entry for this report using only the National Research Council (NRC) as the author. The Web site lists lots of other information (committee, center, division). Should all this info also be included in a reference entry?
Also, on this Web site, the editors are listed as authors. I have also seen the editors used as authors for text/parenthetical citations (with and without the NRC mentioned).
