Hi everyone! Wendy here and today I'm sharing my last Design Team project. Thank you to Kreaxions/Just Imagine for allowing me to be a part of such a wonderful team this past year. I have met some fantastic women and worked with some incredible punches!!! For today's card I decided to highlight one of my favorite ways to use the punches...creating backgrounds with punch out pieces. I used the punch out pieces from Kreaxions 303 to create an elegant background pattern. Here is a closeup of the pattern created with the punch out pieces.... Hi everyone! Wendy here and today I'm sharing a layout I created with Kreaxions Punches 905 and 304. Many times when creating cards, I have extra strips of white cardstock. Rather than throw them in the waste bin, I like to punch border strips out of them. The fact that they're white makes them perfect to custom color to match any project. In this layout, the orange border was originally white cardstock. I colored it with watercolors, wiped wet adhesive over the border and then coated it in glitter. Hi everyone! Wendy here and I'm back to share a card I did using the Lotus Punch on cork. The cork I used was very thin. I had no troubles sliding it into the punch. Be sure to select a thinner cork and a larger design punch to ensure success with punching. Before adhering the cork to the card on foam adhesive I backed it first on a piece of cardstock to give it more stability. Simply punch a circle in the cardstock where the punched area of cork will rest on the cardstock to allow your pattern paper/brad to... Continue reading

After creating the snowflake glitter card last week, I had a nice little pile of extra snowflakes laying on my desk. Using white glue and a paint brush, I painted a dab of glue on each snowflake point and began adhering them down. When I had a few square inches done, I cut 1.5 inch squares from the pattern. To switch it up a... Continue reading
