No, that's his handbag!
On closer examination this divine cafe/bakery is called the Sugardough bakery, near the seafront in Hove. Daisy bear was just enjoying a little snack to sustain her on her postal journey to her new home. Keeping that tummy well stuffed. All in a good cause!
