my name is william dirck and i am a disabled american vet who served in the usn and tours with the usmc,so i contacted cl&p to extend my power shut off for 2 weeks until i recieve my benefits check and set up a payment plan because i had 2 cervical spinal operations and have pneumonia,broncitis,broncial asthma,and copd and need breathing treatments and air filtering equip. the girls were very nice and tried to help, but whomever their super. was pretty much told me tough and that WE DON;T CARE AND and i needed to come up with a large payment or my power will be shut off in 3 days even with med. documentation that just expired. so who ever that supervisor was we dont need people like that in positions of authority. thank you so very much
