a complaint letter is a customer that aint happy and makes a complaint to the boss about the staff or the service of the shop. Richer sounds might receive a complaint about their prices are to expensive. Continue reading

no. of quiries or complaints about your products or services - if you get alot of questions or complaints about your products or services you delivering poor customer service, E.G. if tesco sold electric kettles and they got 10 complaints a day they would be delivering bad customer service. sales renewal rates - to repeat business. a good sales renewal rate is good customer service. repeat business is where a customer keeps going back to that shop, E.G. many people go back to tescos because it may be convenient, cheaap, has lots of variet and you can collect points on your clubcard.
